About the Opportunity We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Administration Team in the Wagga Wagga Office. This Full-Time role (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm) will see you working as part of a small, supportive team, providing administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day business. The Administration Assistant's responsibilities will include: Answering phone calls and greeting visitors Managing emails and general enquiries Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Filing, scanning and organising paperwork Provide support for managing client files Provide a friendly and professional approach as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees of Kurrajong Supported Living. Update and maintain a developed data base of files including personal, medical and other information as required Perform various administration duties relating to accounts and cash such as balancing and recouping petty cash and organising the payment and issuing of invoices Ordering office supplies and maintaining office stock Coordinate vehicle maintenance, record vehicle mileage and servicing monthly Assist Team leaders with office organisation and Filing systems. Importantly, you must demonstrate a real passion to make a positive difference for people living with disability. Qualifications, Certificates & Licences: Previous Administrative experience/qualification desirable Class C Drivers Licence NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Experience, Skills & Knowledge Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with sensitivity Strong organisational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within compliance frameworks.
